Tired of Crazy Morning Routines?
If you have a school aged child, you know that school day mornings can be a little hairy! Here are some tips to make the mornings a little easier!
1. Choose clothing the night before. Check the weather report with your child and have them help you choose an outfit that will work!
2. Plan breakfast and lunch together! This will help with your grocery list, your time and will help your child to make healthy decisions. Create a breakfast basket stocked with bowls, spoons, cereal and fruit so that everything is accessible in the morning!
3. Keep backpacks by the door. Have your child stow their bag by the door that they leave from so that they are sure to remember it. As soon as homework is done or permission slips are signed, be sure to place them back in the bag right away!
4. Give a last minute quiz for the big test. Help your child to refresh there studies by quizzing them one last time for their test that day. Be sure to remain POSITIVE in every way! Everyone needs to start the day on a good note!
